Order and a trail wherever money flows
Every business has a financial side: subscriptions renew, invoices are issued, collections happen, reconciliation is kept with the payment provider. Vosetu's strength here comes from its own products — we've built the subscription and billing engine, the payment flow and the reconciliation experience many times over in real SaaS products. We don't claim to build a banking core; our claim is to make the money flow of a business with financial processes orderly, traceable and auditable.
Our second strong area is insurance and private-pension brokerage. We have real product experience managing a pension and life-insurance portfolio: customer, policy, premium and renewal tracking in one place. A structure that eases the broker team's work, keeps renewals from slipping, and keeps commission transparent.
- Subscription & billing experience
- Pension/life-insurance brokerage portfolio
- Payment flow and reconciliation
- No claim of a banking core
For any business with a financial side
We're not building a bank or an exchange; what we build is the order around the money flow — from subscription to policy, from invoice to reconciliation.
Subscription & recurring billing
Plan, period, trial and upgrade logic; renewing payments with a failed-charge retry flow.
Invoicing & documents
Invoice, receipt and voucher generation; designed to connect to e-invoice/e-archive systems.
Pension & life insurance
Customer, policy, premium and renewal portfolio; single-screen tracking and reminders for the broker team.
Payment flow
A secure flow with the payment provider; working through the provider's own vault, without storing cards.
Reconciliation & reporting
Matching your own records against the provider's transaction statement; catching discrepancies and missing lines.
Access & audit trail
Every money-related action is logged with who, when and how much; protected by role-based access.
What runs beneath the money flow
Subscription & billing engine
Recurring revenue looks simple but hides countless edge cases in its detail: trial periods, mid-cycle upgrades, refunds, failed cards, end-of-period renewals. We've built this logic in our real products; subscription state, billing period and charge retry are defined in one engine — when a rule changes you edit one place, not 'if' blocks scattered across screens.
- Plan, period, trial and upgrade
- Failed-charge retry
- Cancellation, refund and proration
Payment flow & security boundary
In payments the safest card is the one you never store. We design the flow so card data stays in the payment provider's vault and only a secure reference is kept on our side. Security and billing limits are enforced fail-closed on the server: a suspicious or over-limit transaction stops by default, and letting it through is a deliberate decision.
- Tokenized flow without storing cards
- Server-side fail-closed limits
- 3D Secure and provider vault
Reconciliation & financial reports
Money coming in doesn't mean the right money on the right line. We match the provider's transaction statement against your own records line by line; anything that doesn't reconcile, is missing or doubled is flagged. Managers see revenue, refunds and pending collections on one dashboard; reports export to Excel/PDF.
- Line-level reconciliation
- Discrepancy and missing-line flags
- Excel/PDF financial reports
Insurance & pension portfolio
A broker's work is relationships, but tracking it is data: which customer holds which policy, when it renews, whether the premium is paid, what the commission is. We keep the portfolio in one place, remind you as a renewal date nears, and show commission transparently. While the broker team talks to the customer, the system keeps the calendar behind them.
- Customer, policy and premium tracking
- Renewal-date reminders
- Transparent commission calculation
What ships as standard in every deployment
How we build your financial flow
We clarify the flow and provider
Where money enters, through which provider, under which invoicing and reconciliation rules — we map your current process and clearly state the boundaries we don't claim.
We set up the engine and security boundary
We set up the subscription/billing engine and payment flow, and enable the no-card-storage token structure and server-side fail-closed limits.
We connect reconciliation and reporting
We set up reconciliation against the provider statement, the financial dashboard and exports; we validate the first period together with real data.
Go-live & care
We train the team and stand by through the first billing cycle; then updates and support continue under an SLA maintenance plan.

Frequently asked
Do you build bank or payment-institution software?
The honest answer: we don't claim to build a banking core or licensed payment-institution infrastructure. Where we're strong is the money flow of businesses with financial processes: subscriptions, billing, a secure flow with the payment provider and reconciliation. Payment runs through a licensed provider and we build the order around that flow.
Do you store the card details?
No. Card data stays in the payment provider's vault; only a secure token/reference is kept on our side. This is a deliberate choice for both security and compliance — data you don't store is data you can't leak.
Do you have a real product for pension and insurance brokerage?
Yes. We have real product experience managing a pension and life-insurance portfolio: customer, policy, premium and renewal tracking, renewal reminders and transparent commission calculation. It's adapted to your brokerage structure.
How do you catch discrepancies in reconciliation?
We match the provider's transaction statement against your own records line by line; anything that doesn't reconcile, is missing or doubled is flagged and surfaced for review. So 'does the money add up' rests on the system's flags, not on scanning by eye.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Post-launch maintenance with an SLA is standard: bug fixing, security updates, provider/regulatory changes and new development requests are handled under contract. During the first billing cycle we stand by you.
Let's bring order to your money flow
We'll listen to your subscriptions, billing or insurance portfolio and map out where to start, together. The first conversation is non-binding.
