How does a parent see their child's status?
The parent logs into their own access panel: attendance status, daily report, photo feed (in nurseries), installment balance and institution announcements appear here. If the child doesn't arrive at the expected time they get an instant push. Each parent sees only their own child's data; access is restricted by role.
Does it prevent the wrong person from collecting a child in the nursery?
Yes. An authorized-pickup list is defined for each child; at exit the child is released only to an authorized person and the handover is logged with who and when. An unauthorized pickup attempt warns on screen. The same logic works with the night roll-call in dormitories and entry/exit logging in courses.
Is installment and deposit tracking automatic?
Yes. A payment plan is defined per student; upcoming installments are reminded to the parent and overdue ones are reported to management. In dormitories the deposit is tracked separately with a refund/deduction calculation at checkout. Enrollment fee, monthly installment and deposit are on the same account; who paid what is visible at a glance.
Is there driving-exam tracking for driving schools?
Yes. Theory and behind-the-wheel lessons are planned separately; instructor and vehicle are matched to the student with conflict checking. The driving-exam appointment is tracked and reminded to the student/parent. Lesson hours, exam entitlement and payment come together in the same student file.
