Let the site's reality reach the office — with proof

On a construction site the truth of the work happens in the dirt, but the decision is made in the office; in between there's usually a paper timesheet, a WhatsApp photo and spreadsheets filled in at night. In that gap progress payments slip, subcontractor dues get argued, and where the material went turns fuzzy. Our approach is to record every piece of site data where it is, the moment it happens, with proof — and get it to the office clean: attendance entered on site, quantities measured on site, photos logged with location and time stamp.

Let's be clear: we don't yet have an off-the-shelf product built for construction — this is a target vertical for us. But we don't come empty-handed. For years we've worked on field data collection, mobile apps and hardware integration; the same location, barcode, signature and photo flows we built for courier, driver and field teams carry directly to the site. Working with you, we shape the solution to your real operation together.

  • Recorded on site, with proof
  • Location- and time-stamped data
  • Field + mobile + hardware experience
  • A target vertical — shaped together

The capabilities that connect site to office

01

Attendance & subcontractor

Who worked, which day, in which block, for how many hours — attendance is entered on site, at the start of work; subcontractor crews and your own staff are tracked separately. End-of-month progress and subcontractor payments rest on records entered day by day, not on guesses. The 'how many workdays did this crew do' argument ends with proven data.

  • Digital attendance on site
  • Subcontractor-crew vs. staff split
  • Workday and progress data ready
02

Survey, quantity & progress payment

How much of the work is done is the heart of construction. Survey and quantities are measured and recorded on site; as line items progress, the progress payment accrues on its own. Together with photo-documented progress, the issued payment doesn't just state 'what was done' — it proves it. Every line going to approval is traceable.

  • On-site quantity and work records
  • Photo-documented progress proof
  • Line-item progress-payment tracking
03

Occupational safety & site records

On a site, occupational safety is lived in the field, not on paper: training, equipment issue, near-miss incidents, inspection rounds. We record these where they happen, leaving a trace with date and location; the 'it was done but there's no document' problem disappears at an OHS audit. Reminders surface expiring training and equipment on their own.

  • Training, equipment and incident records
  • Location/time-stamped inspection rounds
  • Expiry reminders

The modules we bring to the site

We're not selling a ready-made construction package; we build our field-tested capabilities into your project, module by module.

Attendance & personnel

Daily attendance entered on site, subcontractor-crew and staff tracking; workday and progress data ready.

Survey & quantities

Quantities and work records measured on site; progress payments accrue as line items advance.

Progress & subcontractor

Line-item progress, subcontractor dues and approval flow; with photo-documented progress proof.

Occupational safety (OHS)

Training, equipment, near-miss and inspection-round records; with expiry reminders.

Field mobile app

Mobile entry that works offline too; barcode, signature, photo, location and time-stamp flow.

Hardware integration

Our data-collection experience with turnstiles/access control, barcode readers and field devices carries to the site.

How we move forward with you

01

We listen to the site together

We map your site's real flow: how attendance is kept, how progress payments are issued, where which data is lost. We define scope for your operation, not for a ready product.

02

We start with a pilot module

We usually start where it hurts most — attendance or progress payments — trying a small scope on site with real data, and expand once we see it works.

03

We roll out mobile & hardware

The field team's mobile app, offline operation, photo/location flow and any needed hardware are tested in real conditions.

04

Rollout & care

We spread the working module to other blocks and sites and train the team; then updates and support continue under an SLA maintenance plan.

What we bring to this area

On-site data collection with proof (location + time stamp)
A mobile field app that works offline too
Barcode, signature, photo and hardware-integration experience
Modular setup for attendance, survey/quantities and progress payments
Occupational-safety records and expiry reminders
Role-based access and audit trail
Starting with a pilot and rolling out module by module
Post-launch maintenance and support with SLA
When we don't have a ready product for a sector, we don't hide it; we say plainly what we do and don't do. What we bring to the site isn't a promise but a real capability tested on other fields — collecting data where it happens, with proof.

Frequently asked

Do you have a ready construction/site program?

The honest answer: we don't yet have an off-the-shelf product built for construction — it's a target sector for us. What we bring is field data collection, mobile and hardware capability built over years: we shape the attendance, quantity, progress-payment and OHS modules to your operation together. Not a promise, but real experience tested on other fields.

The site has weak internet; will the mobile app work?

Yes. We design field apps to work offline too: attendance, photos and quantities are entered offline and data syncs when the connection returns. Site conditions are exactly what this is designed for.

How do we start; must everything be set up at once?

No. We start where it hurts most — usually attendance or progress payments — with a small pilot, try it on site with real data, and once it works we spread it to other modules and sites. We define scope to your operation together.

Let's solve your site's data together

Construction is a target area for us; we'll listen to your site and map out where to start, together. The first conversation is non-binding.
