Sports & Facilities

Vosetu Gym runs real facilities every day, and we extend that experience: fitness and studios (membership, turnstile access, group classes, PT booking), sports clubs and youth academies (license/registration tracking, dues, athlete development), and turf fields and courts (fieldร—hour booking, subscription matches, payment). Turnstile hardware and a mobile app are standard.

Talk to an expert

Get members in, courts full, dues flowing

Running a sports business looks simple but is really about keeping three separate rhythms at once: when did the member arrive and is their entitlement spent, at what hour and by whom was the court booked, is the athlete's license and dues current. When these rhythms break, revenue leaks quietly โ€” an unpaid member passing a turnstile, an empty court hour, an athlete whose registration never came through. Vosetu sets all three rhythms on one system.

From a fitness studio to a sports club, from a five-a-side pitch to a tennis court, it's built on the same core. It starts with a small gym and, as it grows into branches and an academy, keeps the same member, payment and reservation model.

  • Member entitlement & access control
  • Court ร— hour occupancy
  • License, roster & dues
  • Three verticals, one core

Three products in this vertical

Separate products for fitness, clubs and venue operations; all standing on one core, member and payment model.

F

Fitness & studio management

Membership and package sales, turnstile/access control, group-class booking and PT (personal training) packages; warns before letting a spent membership in.

S

Sports club & youth academy

Athlete license/registration tracking, roster and training-group management, dues and development records; one file from the youth setup to the first team.

F

Five-a-side & court venue

Court ร— hour reservation grid, subscription matches, deposit and no-show management; shows empty hours and recurring bookings on one screen.

The daily work of three businesses

The gym, the club and the venue look at different screens; but they share the same member/athlete, payment and reservation model.

Membership & packages

Monthly, seasonal and session packages; start-end, freeze and remaining entitlement on one card.

Turnstile & access control

The member scans at entry; if the entitlement is spent or dues are owed, an alert fires before the turnstile opens.

Group class & PT

Class calendar, quota and booking; PT packages deduct session by session, assigned to a trainer.

Court ร— hour reservation

A grid showing courts hour by hour; one-tap booking, deposits and recurring subscription matches.

Athlete license & roster

License/registration validity, age category and training group; an expiring registration warns in advance.

Dues & collections

Membership, dues and court fees on one dashboard; unpaid periods and members in arrears visible at once.

The mechanisms working beneath the surface

01

Turnstile & access-control gate

When a member scans their card or QR, the system decides with one question: does this member have a valid entitlement? If the membership is spent, frozen or dues have piled up, entry is blocked or an alert fires. This gate decision lives in one place; when a payment rule changes you edit one place, not controls scattered across screens.

  • Entitlement check at entry
  • Debt/freeze block
  • The gate decision in one place
02

The court ร— hour reservation grid

The heart of the business is occupancy; an empty hour never returns. The grid shows every court hour by hour on one screen: booked, free, awaiting deposit and recurring subscription matches. Double-booking is impossible, a reservation opens with one tap, and reminders cut no-shows. The manager reads occupancy at a glance.

  • Conflict-free instant booking
  • Deposit & no-show management
  • Recurring subscription matches
03

License, roster & dues engine

In a club an athlete can't take the field before their license and registration come through; if dues aren't tracked, revenue leaks. The engine holds license validity, age category and dues periods together; it warns of an expiring registration in advance and surfaces unpaid dues on the dashboard. From the youth setup to the first team, each athlete grows in one file.

  • License/registration validity calendar
  • Age category & roster
  • Periodic dues tracking

How we bring your business live

01

Discovery & business workflow

We map the real day of your gym, club or venue: membership types, class/reservation patterns, dues and payment flow โ€” we clarify it together.

02

Migrating member/athlete data

We map, validate and migrate existing member, athlete and reservation records; no member or open reservation is lost.

03

Turnstile & payment setup

We connect the turnstile/access hardware, the reservation grid and the payment gateway, then tune access and dues rules to your business.

04

Training, go-live & care

We train your team and stand by in the first days; then we continue updates under an SLA maintenance plan.

In sports operations, revenue doesn't leave with noise but quietly: an entry on a spent membership, an empty court hour, a registration that never came through. We put the gate in one place and gather occupancy on one screen โ€” because every gap left unchecked is a loss.

Frequently asked

Does it block unpaid members from passing the turnstile?

Yes. When a member scans their card or QR, the system checks whether they have a valid entitlement; if the membership is spent, frozen or dues are owed, entry is blocked or an alert fires. This gate decision lives in one place, and when a payment rule changes you edit only that place.

How are court reservations and no-shows managed?

The court ร— hour grid shows every court hour by hour on one screen: booked, free, awaiting deposit and recurring subscription matches. Double-booking is impossible; deposits are taken, reminders sent and a missed booking is marked as a no-show. Empty hours are visible at a glance to raise occupancy.

Is there license and dues tracking for clubs?

Yes. Athlete license/registration validity, age category and training group are held in one file; an expiring registration warns in advance. Dues periods are tracked and unpaid periods appear on the dashboard. From the youth setup to the first team, each athlete grows in the same file.

Is one system used for all three business types?

There are three separate products โ€” fitness/studio, sports club/academy and five-a-side/court โ€” but they share the same core, member and payment model. A business running both a gym and a venue can operate both on one platform with a shared member and collection model.

Are membership freezes and PT session tracking supported?

Yes. Membership start-end, freezes and remaining entitlement are held on one card; frozen days are added to the end. PT (personal training) packages deduct session by session and are assigned to the relevant trainer; remaining sessions are visible to both the member and the trainer.
