Legal & Accounting
We build for professional offices where missing a deadline is costly: law firms (case and hearing tracking, statute-of-limitations/deadline engine, national e-justice integration, clients and collection) and accounting firms (filing-deadline engine, taxpayer management, collection and documents). Automatic reminders and audit trails are standard.
Files, deadlines and clients — all in one cabinet
The most valuable assets of a law or accounting practice are two things: the file and the deadline. If a statute of limitations slips, if a filing due date passes, the damage is irreversible. Vosetu puts those two risks at the center of the system — every file has its own calendar, every client its own folder, every deadline its own counter; none of it lives in a spreadsheet row or someone's memory.
These professions are built on confidentiality. Who may see a case file or a taxpayer's financial statements cannot be left to chance; access is restricted by role and every opening is logged. It starts with a small office and grows on the same architecture as the team and caseload increase.
- File + deadline at the center
- Role-based file access
- Every access in the audit trail
- Two office types, one core
The mechanisms working beneath the surface
Deadline & limitation engine
Response periods, appeal windows, limitation dates, filing deadlines — all computed in a single engine. From the file type and the event date it derives the critical days itself and warns ahead of every approaching deadline. The rules don't scatter across screens; when legislation changes you update one place.
- Deadline derivation by file type
- Multi-stage early warning
- A missed deadline made impossible
Confidential files & access boundary
The lawyer-client and accountant-taxpayer relationship mandates confidentiality. Which staff member may see which file is drawn by role; a trainee sees one file, a senior lawyer another. Every access is written to an immutable record with who and when.
- Fine-grained roles and permissions
- Immutable access log
- Encrypted document storage
Official system integrations
The system talks to the profession's official backbone: on the legal side, case/file and hearing data via UYAP; on the accounting side, filing and taxpayer services. A new service is added as an adapter without touching the core.
- UYAP case/file & hearing data
- Filing & taxpayer services
- Modular adapter architecture
The daily work of both offices
The law office and the accounting office look at different screens; but they share the same client, permission and document model.
Case & file management
Docket number, parties, court, case history and linked documents on one card; each file with its own timeline.
Hearing & calendar
Hearings, discovery and interim-decision dates on one calendar; with conflict alerts and reminders.
Deadline & limitation tracking
Response, appeal and limitation periods are derived from the file; every approaching date warns in advance.
Power of attorney & engagement
Powers of attorney, fee agreements and scope of authority on record; expiring documents are flagged.
Filing-deadline engine
VAT, withholding, provisional and annual filing deadlines per taxpayer; warns before anything slips.
Taxpayer & collections
Taxpayer files, service fees and collection tracking; unpaid periods visible on one dashboard.
Two products in this vertical
Separate products for the law office and the accounting office, standing on one core and one security model.
Law office management
Case/file tracking, hearing calendar, deadline-limitation engine, powers of attorney and client files; with UYAP integration and role-based confidential-file access.
Accounting office (CPA)
Filing-deadline engine, taxpayer management, service-fee and collection tracking; built to run periodic obligations without a single miss.
What ships as standard in every deployment
In law and accounting a missed deadline never returns. That is why we entrust the calendar to the system's engine, not to human memory; the alert is not a feature — it is the conscience of the profession.
How we go from office to live
Discovery & file structure
We map your office's file, deadline and client flow; we clarify together which role sees which file.
Migrating existing files
We map, validate and migrate clients, files and open deadlines from your old program into the new system while preserving confidentiality.
Integration & rule setup
We connect UYAP and filing services and tune the deadline and filing rules to how your office works.
Training, go-live & care
We train your team and stand by in the first days; then we continue updates under an SLA maintenance plan.

Frequently asked
Does the system warn if a deadline or filing date is about to slip?
Yes, that is the core purpose. The deadline-limitation and filing engine derives critical days from file and taxpayer data and gives multi-stage advance warnings for every approaching date. When a rule changes with legislation we update one place; the alert doesn't scatter across screens.
How is file confidentiality protected?
Access is restricted by role: which staff member may see which file is drawn upfront, every opening is written to an immutable record with who and when, and documents are stored encrypted. Lawyer-client and accountant-taxpayer confidentiality is the architecture's default.
Is there UYAP integration?
On the law-office side, case/file and hearing data is designed to work over UYAP; the integration is added as an independent adapter without touching the core, and when a service rule changes only that adapter is updated.
Is it one system for both law and accounting?
There are two separate products but they share the same core, security and client model. An office offering both services can use them on one platform with a shared permission model.
Can our old data be migrated?
Yes. Client/taxpayer records, files and open deadlines are mapped, validated on a sample and migrated while preserving confidentiality; we complete the transition without losing a single file or open deadline.
