Care & Social Services

We build the low-error-tolerance areas of care: nursing homes and care centers (medication-administration control, room-bed management, health tracking, family portal) and home-care agencies (caregiver/nurse dispatch, visit logging, location and time verification). Every medication given and visit is recorded with evidence.

Talk to an expert

Caring for a person is the most serious job a system can hold

In a nursing home or home-care service, the margin for error is unlike most sectors. A medication given at the wrong hour, a skipped shift, or a family left in the dark is not merely a record error. Here Vosetu builds software as a control mechanism: it places a gate so each medication reaches the right person at the right time, keeps a schedule so each care step is tied to a plan, and opens a window so the family knows what is happening.

Care also means privacy. An individual's health condition, medications and daily life are sensitive data; who may see them is restricted by role and every access is logged. The system covers both the nursing home/care center and the home-care agency — one working at the bedside, the other at the doorstep, but with the same care.

  • Right person, right time in medication
  • Each care step tied to a plan
  • A window opened to the family
  • Privacy in the architecture

The daily work of two forms of care

The nursing home and the home-care agency work in different settings; but they share the same resident/client, permission and care-plan model.

Medication administration control

Each dose reaches the right resident, at the right time, by the right staff; a missed or late dose raises an alert.

Room & bed management

Floor, room and bed occupancy on one dashboard; new admissions, transfers and empty beds visible at once.

Individual care plan

A care plan tailored to each resident: nutrition, mobility, medical follow-up and daily routine; with an administration log.

Family portal

The family follows their loved one's status, visit and care notes through a secure window; communication on record.

Shift & assignment

Caregiver and nurse shifts are planned; live-in, daytime and hourly service are managed separately.

Contract & collections

Monthly care fees, extra services and collection tracking; periodic invoicing per client or next of kin.

The safety net working beneath the surface

01

The medication administration gate

Before a dose is administered the system quietly verifies: right resident, right drug, right time, right staff? If they don't match, the record doesn't open; critical drugs require double confirmation. This gate doesn't leave the margin of error to human attention — because it is a safety boundary it runs fail-closed on the server side: if unsure, it does not let through.

  • Five-rights matching check
  • Double confirmation for critical drugs
  • Server fail-closed (safety)
02

Care plan & daily routine

Each resident's care plan is broken into concrete steps: which meal, which movement, which medical follow-up, at which hour. The shift sees these steps as a task list and marks them as they are done. A step left undone doesn't slip by; the plan is not a document but a living worklist.

  • A task list derived from the plan
  • Administration log and sign-off
  • Skipped-step alerts
03

Family portal & communication

Leaving the family outside of care breeds anxiety. The portal offers status, care notes and visit information about their loved one through a secure window; how much is shared, within the privacy boundary, is set by the institution. Every message and notification is on record — trust is built through transparency.

  • A secure family window
  • Sharing boundary set by the institution
  • Logged notifications and messages

In care, software is not a convenience but the guardian of a trust. We place a gate so no dose passes at the wrong hour, and open a window so the family is never in the dark — because what is recorded here is not data, but a person's day.

How we bring your care institution live

01

Discovery & care workflow

We map your institution's real day: medication hours, shift patterns, care plans and how you communicate with families — we clarify it together.

02

Migrating resident/client data

We map, validate and migrate existing resident, medication and care records into the new system while preserving privacy.

03

Gate & plan setup

We configure the medication administration gate, care-plan templates and family-portal sharing boundaries to your institution.

04

Training, go-live & care

We train care staff on site and stand by at the bedside in the first days; then we continue under an SLA maintenance plan.

Frequently asked

How does it prevent medication errors?

Before a dose is administered the system checks the match of right resident, right drug, right time and right staff; if they don't match the record doesn't open, and critical drugs require double confirmation. Because this is a safety boundary it runs fail-closed on the server side: if unsure it does not let through, and it doesn't leave the margin of error to human attention.

Can the family follow their loved one's status?

Yes, through a secure family portal. Status, care notes and visit information are shared within a privacy boundary; the institution sets how much is visible. Every message and notification is on record. Keeping the family informed reduces anxiety and builds trust through transparency.

Do home care and the nursing home need separate systems?

There are two separate products — Bakora for home care and the nursing-home solution for residential care — but they share the same core, security and care-plan model. An organization running both can operate on one platform with a shared permission model.

Can we manage live-in, daytime and hourly service separately?

Yes. On the Bakora side, caregiver and nurse shifts are planned separately as live-in, daytime and hourly; each service type has its own assignment, visit plan and billing flow. The field team is tracked by location and visits are logged.

How is sensitive health data protected?

An individual's health condition, medications and care records are sensitive data. Access is restricted by role: who may see which resident's file is drawn upfront, every access is logged and data is stored encrypted. Privacy is not a setting added later but the architecture's default.

Let's build a system that carries out care with diligence

We'll listen to your institution's day and your family-communication needs and map out where to start, together. The first conversation is non-binding.
