Hospitality & Tourism

We build systems that fit different branches of hospitality and tourism: boutique-hotel and guesthouse PMS (room calendar, guest ID reporting, channel manager, folio), travel agencies and tour operators (allotment, voucher), and event/wedding organization (venue calendar, deposit). With the Vosetu WiFi experience, property wifi and hardware integration are under the same roof.

Talk to an expert

One guest journey, from booking to checkout

In a hospitality or events business everything starts with a date: an empty night, an empty hall, an empty seat. Tying that date to the right price and the right guest without double-booking is the heart of the work. Vosetu builds that heart around a single calendar — room or hall availability, the quote, the deposit, the stay, the folio and checkout all flow on one record; no reservation is entered twice, no night is sold twice.

Tourism regulation lives inside this flow, not beside it. Guest ID reporting in lodging, mandatory travel insurance and tour vouchers in agencies, contract and deposit terms in events are natural steps of the work — not a formality remembered afterward but an order the system guides you through. So the front desk, sales and accounting all look at the same truth.

  • One calendar, no double-booking
  • Guest ID reporting
  • Deposit & folio tracking
  • Channel & agency integration

Three screens for three distinct tourism businesses

A boutique hotel's front desk, an agency's operations and an organizer's hall are entirely different flows — yet they share the same calendar, availability and collection engine.

Room calendar & availability

Room type, nightly rate and occupancy on one grid; with drag-and-drop reservations, an empty night is instantly visible.

Guest ID reporting

The checked-in guest's ID is recorded ready for the mandatory police report; a missing report warns on screen.

Channel manager

Availability and rates stay synced with online booking platforms; overbooking is prevented.

Agency allotment

Allotment is blocked for tour and agency reservations; used/free allotment is tracked in real time.

Mandatory insurance & voucher

Mandatory travel insurance and the passenger voucher are generated for package tours; the visa-document checklist is tracked.

Hall calendar & quote

Hall availability, menu/package quotes and deposit terms for weddings and events in one file.

From our tourism family

Our solutions focused on lodging, agencies and events share the same calendar and collection core — a double-booking problem solved in one is already solved in the others.

D

Davetora

Events and organization management: hall calendar, menu/package quotes, deposit collection and a day-of task list.

The engines beneath the surface

01

Availability & double-booking protection

Selling a room or hall twice for the same date is hospitality's most expensive mistake. Availability is computed in one engine; reservations, allotment blocks and channel sync share the same truth. The moment a night fills it closes on every channel — the front desk, agencies and online platforms look at the same number.

  • Single-source availability calculation
  • Allotment blocking & release
  • Overbooking lock in channel sync
02

Folio & collection chain

Every charge a guest makes during the stay — the nightly rate, extras, transfers, the event — accumulates on a single folio. The deposit is taken upfront and the balance settles at checkout; agency commission and the event package fee are part of the same account. The end-of-day report reconciles the till with the folio.

  • One folio, all charges
  • Deposit upfront, balance at checkout
  • End-of-day till reconciliation
03

Regulation & document integration

The system speaks to tourism's official obligations: ID reporting in lodging, mandatory insurance and vouchers in agencies, contracts in events. When an obligation is missing the workflow doesn't advance — it warns on screen. When regulation changes only the relevant adapter is updated, without touching the core.

  • Guest ID report preparation
  • Mandatory insurance & voucher generation
  • Modular regulation adapter

How we get you ready for the season

01

Discovery & calendar model

We map your room types, halls or tour allotments and clarify the pricing, season and deposit rules together.

02

Channel & regulation hookup

We bring online platforms, the channel manager and the ID-reporting/insurance obligations live after testing them in a live environment.

03

Migrating existing reservations

Open reservations, guest records and deposit balances are mapped, validated and migrated — no date is lost.

04

Training, go-live & care

We train the front-desk and sales teams on site and stand by in the first days; then we continue under an SLA maintenance plan.

In hospitality, trust begins not in a room but on a calendar. Not selling the same night to two guests, tying the deposit correctly and meeting every obligation is not a luxury feature but the first rule of the work — hospitality lives in the detail.

Frequently asked

Does it really prevent selling the same room twice?

Yes. Availability is computed in a single engine and reservations, agency allotment and channel sync share that one truth. The moment a night fills it closes on every channel; the overbooking lock guarantees the same number across the front desk, agencies and online platforms.

Are ID reporting and mandatory insurance built in?

Yes. In lodging the checked-in guest's ID is recorded ready for reporting; in agencies mandatory travel insurance and the passenger voucher are generated for package tours. If an obligation is missing the workflow doesn't advance and the screen warns — you never have to remember the formality afterward.

Do I need separate systems for hotel, agency and events?

No. All three share the same calendar, availability and collection core; only the screens you need are turned on. If a business runs both a hotel and an events hall, it manages both in one system with a shared folio and till.

Does it sync with online booking platforms?

Yes. The channel manager keeps availability and rates synced with platforms; a sale on one channel reduces availability on the others. Each platform is added as an independent adapter without touching the core, and when one changes only that adapter is updated.
