What runs beneath every shipment
Proof of delivery & cash on delivery
When a shipment is delivered the job isn't done; who received it, when and where must be tied to proof. The courier collects proof of delivery (POD) by signature or photo and takes the cash-on-delivery (COD) payment; the collected amount flows into accounting and reconciliation in the same step. 'Was it delivered, was the money collected' becomes a record, not a feeling.

Routing & field mobile
A courier's, driver's and field team's work happens on the road, not at a desk; their tool is mobile. The day's shipments are sequenced into a route, the next stop shows on the map, and each step (departed, delivered, collected) is recorded from the phone. The control screen watches the whole field live.

Fleet & trip
A vehicle is both a cost and a responsibility: fuel, maintenance, inspection, driver and trip plan. The system holds where a vehicle is, on which trip and with which driver in one place; it reminds you as maintenance and inspection dates approach and shows a trip's occupancy and cost.

Warehouse & marketplace integration
In fulfillment an order comes from one place while the product waits in another. The system gathers marketplace and store orders (e.g. Amazon SP-API) into one queue, produces a shelf-location-based pick list in the warehouse, and generates packing and shipping labels. Adding a new marketplace means writing an adapter without touching the core.

Frequently asked
Do we get all five verticals in one package?
No. Each vertical is deployed for its own business; whichever you run — courier, moving, bus, fulfillment or aviation — that solution is stood up. What's shared is that the routing, proof-of-delivery and fleet experience accumulated across these verticals arrives ready for your project.
Does cash-on-delivery collection reconcile with accounting?
Yes. The courier records the amount collected at the door in the same step as the proof of delivery; the money flows per shipment into accounting and the end-of-day reconciliation. The cash on a courier and the shipments delivered can be matched at any moment.
Does it integrate with Amazon and other marketplaces?
Yes. The fulfillment solution gathers orders from marketplace and store channels such as Amazon SP-API into one queue. A new channel is added as an independent adapter without touching the core; when a channel rule changes only that adapter is updated.
Is there a separate app for couriers and drivers?
Yes. A mobile app for field teams is standard: barcode scanning, signature/photo proof of delivery, cash-on-delivery collection, routing and location reporting. The control screen watches the field live; every field step is recorded from the phone.
Does it work with our existing vehicle-tracking/GPS devices?
In most cases yes. The fleet and trip side is designed to work with common GPS/vehicle-tracking data; we review your existing devices and service before setup and, where compatible, connect them without replacement — otherwise we write an adapter.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Post-launch maintenance with an SLA is standard: bug fixing, security updates, new integration and enhancement requests are handled under contract. During the first shipping wave we stand by on site or remotely.
