Handwerk & Werkstätten

Wir bauen den Alltag von Handwerk und Werkstätten: Friseur und Beauty (Termine und Kunden-CRM), Juwelier (Karat-Gewicht-Bestand), Florist (Kühlraum und Haltbarkeit), Schneiderei und Braut (Maßkarten, Anprobekalender), Teppichwäsche und Reinigung, Werkstatt (IMEI-/Seriennummernverfolgung), Druckerei (Freigabe) und Fotostudio. Masken, die zum Vokabular jedes Gewerbes passen.

Große Ordnung für den kleinen Laden

A tradesperson's day slips by among receipts piling up in a drawer, appointments scribbled in a diary and orders lost in a chat thread. The salon chair, the jeweler's window, the florist's cold room, the tailor's table — they all share the same worry: who came, what they wanted, what they paid, when it's due. Vosetu gathers that clutter into one ledger that speaks the trade's own language; software that sits on the counter, not in the accountant's office.

We went down to eight separate trades one by one: we learned each one's flow, its own record card, its own delivery rhythm. A jeweler's concern with karat and millesimal fineness is not the same as a photo studio's concern with copyright and handover — yet both run independently on the same solid core.

  • A counter-friendly interface
  • Tailored flow for 8 distinct trades
  • One ledger from booking to handover
  • The work itself, not the bookkeeping

Der eine Kern unter acht Läden

01

Customer card & CRM

Every customer lives on one card: past jobs, preferences, balance and consent to contact. A color formula at the salon, a device history at the service desk, measurements at the tailor — all under the same card. Automatic reminders like a birthday or a 'lapsed customer' keep the relationship warm without your effort.

  • History, preferences, balance on one card
  • SMS/WhatsApp appointment reminders
  • Consent-to-contact (privacy) record
02

Work order & handover tracking

The tailor's sewing, the service desk's repair, the print shop's job, the dry cleaner's wash — all flow with the same work-order logic: received, in progress, ready, delivered. Customers ask for status by ticket number; you don't rummage through a drawer for 'where were we'. For shops offering pickup/delivery, the courier step joins the same flow.

  • Received → ready → delivered status
  • Label/barcode and handover signature
  • Optional pickup/delivery courier step
03

Till, stock & end-of-day

Sales, collections, tabs and expenses come together in one till; at day's end the register closes clean. The jeweler's gold, the florist's stems, the print shop's paper drop from stock automatically. Low-stock and shelf-life alerts remove the 'we ran out and didn't know' moment.

  • One till: sales, tabs, expenses
  • Low-stock & shelf-life alerts
  • End-of-day and turnover reports

01

We listen at the counter

We spend a day in the shop watching the real flow: which trade, which card, which delivery rhythm. We fit the software to the work, not the work to the software.

02

We migrate customers and stock

We map, clean and import your customer and product lists from the diary, a spreadsheet or an old program — nobody retypes from scratch.

03

Training at the counter

With a short on-site session the team runs daily work from day one. The screen speaks the trade's language; no manual required.

04

We stay with you

When a second branch, a new device or a new need comes up we're a phone call away; updates and support continue under SLA maintenance.

Even the smallest shop deserves big-shop order. Good software doesn't teach a tradesperson a new language; it puts the language they already speak on the screen. When bookings, work orders and the till live in one ledger instead of scattered, the tradesperson gets back to their craft — and that is exactly what we aim for.

Häufig gefragt

My trade isn't listed — does it still work?

Most likely, yes. The reason we built eight trades separately is that shop work shares a common backbone (customer card, work order, till, stock). We listen to your flow, use the nearest vertical as your base and adapt the cards and fields to your work.

I'm not good with computers — can I use it?

The screen is kept deliberately plain for tradespeople: few buttons, large text, steps arranged to match the daily flow. With a short on-site session work runs from day one; when you get stuck you reach us by phone.

Can my customers from the old book/Excel be migrated?

Yes. Diary, Excel or an old program — it doesn't matter; we map, clean and import customer, product and balance records into the new system. We validate on a sample before switching; nobody retypes the list.

How do appointment and handover reminders go out?

If the customer has given consent, they go out automatically via SMS or WhatsApp: a pre-appointment reminder, a 'your order is ready' notice, or a gentle nudge to a customer who hasn't visited in a while. The consent record is kept in the system for privacy compliance.

I have two shops — can I see both from one place?

Yes. Branches are managed in one system with shared customer and stock logic; each employee sees only their authorized branch while you compare both from one dashboard. Adding a second branch is a line of configuration, not a new deployment.
